Website & enquiry terms

Website information

This website describes the tutoring, academic guidance and career support offered by The Learning Future Academy. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but availability and specific arrangements should always be confirmed before booking.

Enquiries and consultations

Sending an enquiry or taking part in an initial consultation does not create a paid booking or require you to purchase a service. A booking is only confirmed once the relevant service, price, timing and applicable client terms have been agreed.

Educational outcomes

We provide teaching, practice, feedback and guidance, but we do not guarantee a particular grade, examination result, admission decision, apprenticeship, employment outcome or other result. Outcomes depend on factors including the student’s starting point, attendance, independent work and external assessment.

Pricing and service arrangements

Website prices describe our current standard rates. Any specific lesson arrangements, payment terms, cancellation or rescheduling terms and other conditions that apply to paid services will be confirmed before paid support begins.

Students under 18

Where a service is provided to a student under 18, we expect appropriate parent or guardian involvement in booking and communication arrangements.

Intellectual property

The website’s branding, original text and original learning materials belong to The Learning Future Academy or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise. Materials supplied for personal study must not be commercially copied, sold or redistributed without permission.

Website availability and external services

We cannot guarantee that the website or third-party services linked to it will always be available without interruption. External services are operated by their respective providers and may have their own terms and privacy notices.
